Interestingly, the three homes that closed during the last week ran the gamut in terms of pricing, from the lowest tier to the highest echelon of the market.
18 Frye Road, a 4-bedroom renovated antique farmhouse, which brought $490,000, just over its original listing price of $489,000, after only 17 days on the market.
44 Golden Run Road, a 19-year-old 4-bedroom colonial originally priced at $659,000. It sold for $630,000 after two price reductions and 34 days on the market.
12 Deer Path, a 4-bedroom colonial in the posh Fox Run neighborhood, became one of only three homes to break the million dollar mark in Bolton this year when it went under contract after only six days, selling at $1,075,000, a thousand dollars higher than its asking price.
